Feeling that post-Soviet society did not ensure her enough freedom, L.G. Testa took an interest in the English language. Her work often explores themes of freedom and the complexities of human nature. For her, poetry is both a means of self-expression and a tool for navigating mental health. Her debut collection “Regrowing Wings” was published in 2025 by Bainbridge Island Press.
