The site keeps a record of itself. Every time a page is added or changed, it leaves a mark here — a timestamp, a short description, the pages it touched. Read top to bottom, the marks form a constellation of change: not a map of where the work is, but of when it moved.

This log is not written by hand. It is drawn straight from the site's own history — the same source that stamps every page with its last-modified date. To add an entry, you change a page. The record follows.
